Arabic Gum Powder derived from the Acacia Senegal tree in Africa and the Middle East, It is a fine white powder with a sweet, nutty taste. It has thickening, stabilizing and emulsifying properties. It’s a gluten-free, odourless and tasteless ingredient added to food in small quantities as a bulking agent to enrich, emulsify and stabilise them. Commonly used in nutritional bars. In pastry to improve stability and flexibility It’s also a perfect natural thickener more effective than corn starch or tapioca.

Function : Stabilizer, emulsifier and thickening agent.
Improves stability and flexibility.
Perfect for glossy topping and glazes.
Use : Cold dissolution in the presence of water. Insoluble in alcohol and fats.
