Chocolate Blossoms are tiny rolls made out of Callebaut's Belgian chocolate. With their delicately thin shape, Blossoms melt easily, creating a very pleasant mouthfeel. Just sprinkle them generously on top of shakes, ice cream, donuts, cupcakes and pastries to enrich them with a beautiful chocolate touch. Approximate size L: 9mm, W: 5mm.

How to use
Sprinkle on drinks and desserts as decoration. Mix into mousse, ice cream, etc. to texturize
