High concentration and ready to use Pink food colorant soluble in water.
Ideal for all types of pastries (dough, pasty cream, sponge etc..), sugar work or with an airbrush.

Ingredients
Water; colours agents (E122); conservative (E202).

How to use
- Indicative usage 20mg/kg.
- For airbrush, shake well before use, pour a small amount into the airbrush.
- For pastries, use the liquid colorant directly in the preparation.
- For sugar add the liquid colorant at 130̊ C.
- The colour intensity varies to the application i.e. with white base (milk, cream) the      colorant gives a brighter effect, while with a transparent base (water, gel) has a      softer result.

Note: This food colorant is not suitable for fat-based applications.
